This chapter helps us to see the necessity of Jesus acting as our priest in response to God’s holiness and our sinfulness.
A Greater Rest (10am)
Hebrews 3:12-4:16
Many of us are feeling tired: mentally, emotionally, relationally, and physically. Hebrews reminds us to focus on the rest that God is bringing. We need to complete the journey to the end with our eyes fixed on Jesus.
A Greater Salvation (5pm)
Hebrews 1:1-2:4
As we commence a new series in the book of Hebrews we take time to consider our view of Jesus Christ. This book encourages us to have a bigger view of Jesus, who brings a greater salvation than anything promised by the world.
Contextualised Ministry (7pm)
1 Corinthians 9:1-23
As God’s people share the good news of Jesus with a world that needs to hear it, we need to consider the things on which we must not compromise, and in what areas we are willing to have flexibility in order for the growth of God’s kingdom.
