Seniors

At St Stephen’s, there are a large number of senior members who have enjoyed and served the life of this church community for many years – modelling faith, hope, love and godly perseverance.

Many of our senior members enjoy the 8am Sunday service, for its connection to the richness of the Anglican tradition. They also enjoy time together studying the Bible in growth groups, or time spent socially throughout the week.

As a place for more organised fellowship, they also enjoy the Friends of St Stephen’s ministry. Friends of St Stephen’s is a group which convenes monthly for fellowship and informative presentations on a varied range of issues and interests.

The group meets on the last Tuesday of each month at the church ministry centre – beginning with morning tea at 10am and finishing at 12 noon. Friends of St Stephen’s also meets on the second Tuesday of the month for morning tea at a local cafe.
