How do we stay mentally and spiritually strong as Christian women? On Thursday 14th November, Sarah Condie will be speaking on a strengths based approach to mental wellbeing and managing stress. Together with her husband Keith, Sarah directs the Mental Health & Pastoral Care Institute at ADM. This seminar is open to women of all ages and stages.
Tea and coffee will be available with a light supper after Sarah’s seminar and Q&A. Registration is free and there will be an opportunity to donate to the work of the Pastoral Care and Mental Health Institute on the evening. The content of this seminar will be general, giving a Christian view of mental wellbeing and the habits we can grow in to support a healthy mind, body and soul.
