Blue Christmas
December 18 7:00 - 8:15 pm | St Stephen's Normanhurst
‘Blue’ Christmas is a reflective, traditional service for those who have had a hard year.
It is an opportunity to bring our hardships and trials to Jesus feet and be reminded that he came to defeat sin and death and will one day wipe away every tear from our eye.
Matthew writes “the people living in darkness have seen a great light; on those living in the land of the shadow of death a light has dawned.”
For many people this is a world of darkness. However, God has entered our world of darkness as the man Jesus Christ – the light of the world. ‘Blue’ Christmas is an opportunity to remember this.
